Quotes are free, no obligations and are valid for 30 days. We can email, fax, snail mail our quotes or a verbal quote over the phone. All our quotes are subject to variation. This is because we may encounter problems when doing the job for you. Typical issues are having to turn a container or site shed to get the doors in the correct position. Availability
We are available most times, and service the South East corner of Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We also do long haul or interstate towing on our tilt trays. Our rates are reasonable starting from $75.00 per hour + GST. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO AFTER HOURS OR WEEK ENDS MOVING CARS, WE DON'T DO ACCIDENT OR BREAKDOWN FOR CARS. We do specialize in transport of machinery.
If you need something urgent, or need a hot shot delivery or just dont want to wait, give us a call on our 1300 number or normal land line number that can be found on the top of this and evey page on our web site. If we are not in the office, it will divert to the mobile phone. If that doen not get answered, leave a message and some one will call you back as soon as they can.
All trucks have hands free mobile telephone as our primary source of communication.
GPS Tracking
All our trucks are equipped with GPS Tracking devices and most have GPS Navigation as well. This has been a valuable tool for our clients. This provides proof of collection and delivery times and also allows ING Towing to know where our trucks are at all times. We can also use GPS coordinates to get trucks to specific locations. This is useful where maps do not have the location that your pick up or delivery locations may be at. We also find it has great advantages when trying to work out our booking times. It allows us to be more accurate.
